does anyone know a natural recipe that makes your hair grow faster. i got my hair cut and it didn't come out like it should. ireally need it to grow fast. i do take vitamins everyday but i need something that works that i could try out. thanx!

i've spent ALOT of time researching this myself, bcuz i had hair loss troubles so from what i learnt i can tell you the best things wud b to take internally per day:

- MSM about 3-4000mg, look for OptiMSM cuz it's the purest

- Flax seed about 1 Tablespoon with Joghurt

- Vitamin C 1000mg

- Colloidal Silica like Silicia Brand, 1 Tablespoon with Water

- Biotin 5000mcg

- Protein Drink, about 22g

- Iron Supplement, I use Floradix because it has a natural more absorbable form of Iron

- Fo-Ti Herbal Supplement, chinese herb for hair, it's supposed to stimulate circulation to the scalp and cleanse the liver

Also massaging the scalp a few times a day can really help circulation and stimulate hair growth
