Why do humans only grow hair in certain places and Monkeys grow hair pretty much every where?

from what I understand, humans and primates have roughly the same 'number' of hairs--it's just that primate hair is longer, darker and thicker.

He's right...Humans and other primates have hair in all the same places...It's just longer in monkeys and apes than in humans.
