Keep hair clean and conditioned. Do not use rubber bands they cause hair to break off. Wrap up your hair nightly. Stay away from products that contains petroleum jelly, alcohol and ammonia.

Message your scalp at least two times a week with a hair dressing that contains natural herbs and vitamins. Use the balls of your fingers and message your scalp and hair line and temple areas. This will help the blood circulate which stimulates the hair follicles which promotes hair growth.

Braids will help if they are not to tight especially around the hair line. Keep an hair dressing t scalp and spray with oil sheen to keep the moisture in.

Putting in braids probably would work but remember it will also break off some hair stand due to tight tension. there is this new hair straightener on the market. that works really good with out damaging the hair. I can't remember the name sorry. Watch some infomercials it was on there. once you see it you will think of me.

Braids help but it may end up breaking some of that hair as well. I prefer to put on a weave since it doesn't put as much strain on the hair. You coul also use this product with Indian hemp that stimulates the follicles. I used it nd it works. It's called Jeba. It comes with normal and Indian hemp so be sure to specify the one you want. I think the best way to grow your hair is to make sure that you condition your hair EVERYTIME you was it. Conditioner locks in moisture, which will keep your hair strong and less easy to break. Also try not to hot curl your hair everyday. Hot curling can damage your hair if used everyday. Try a wet-set, where you wash your hair, towel dry it and use styling gel. After the styling gel has been combed through, part your hair and roll with plastic rollers. You can let your hair dry on it's own or get under a dryer. That will help from using heat all of the time. Also it is good to get you hair trimmed at least every 4-6 weeks. This will keep your hair from having split ends and just makes your hair look and feel good! Trust me, ease up on the heat and get your hair trimmed regularly. I do think that getting braids is a good thing, but don't leave them in for too long. I think 2 months is what they recommend. Always give your hair a break in between getting your braids. After you get your braids out, wear your hair for at least a month to give the hair time to breathe. Good luck!

simple, just shave your A. S. S. and collect the hair. After that, shave your head and go to the doctor to have your A. S. S. hair implanted on your head. Viola. Cool hair! enjoy.
