Have my hair barely trimmed once a year. i must wash and blow dry daily,heavy condition and curl for style..extremely dry,colored curly hair....have tried everything and it sill breaks off..i know why but what will help it to grow??

first of all you need to have your hair trimmed more often (about ever 2 or 3 months). since you do so much to your hair daily, you need to lay off any chance you get. like on weekends, dont wash your hair...give it a break. just pull it up in a pony tail. i think if you get it trimmed more often then your going to see a drastic change in how your hair looks...good luck!

Try NOT blow drying curling and coloring your hair.You cant make your hair grow any faster than it already does.There is no miracle pill.

A prenatal vitamin. I'm serious. It will make your hair grow faster and shine. You can get them over the counter at GNC or even walmart. And don't pull your hair up frequently.

Putting heavy conditioner in your hair daily clogs your hair follicles and your hair pores can't breathe,therefore it will not grow fast.You need to stop putting junk in your hair and allow it to be natural and it will start growing faster.You need to eat a protein rich diet with lots of fruit and veggies.Good luck!!

first apply a creme or something in the store that will restore your hair texture, that will get rid of split ends and make your hair healthy and soft. then wash it everyday with a good shampooer and conditioner. blow dry it and comb it twice a day every morning and night youll see results within 3-4 weeks continue this you'll have long beautiful hair in about a year. it takes time but dont fall for those chemicals you see on tv. they dont work.
