Hi my name is davis and i had an emo haircut for a while lol but i got over it so i kinda hacked it all up and it looks HORRIBLE lol but i learned that biotin well help it grow faster, so how much should i take per day? I don't wanna take too much because i read that if you take too much of a certain vitamin you just poo it out and i don't wanna waste it lol... and is there anything else i can do to make my hair grow out faster? There is no evidence that taking biotin will make your hair grow any faster whatsoever, and unless you have been diagnosed with a biotin deficiency, if you take it it's just (literally) going down the drain since you will just pass it straight through you and out in your urine.

if you see a hairstylist %26amp;%26amp; get your hair cut fixed, it will grow faster, because the more you cut your hair the more it grows....err i guess you could just shave your head if you wanted to.

You can't OD on Biotin. You urinate the excess. I heard that silica, collagen, gelatin, vitamin B complex pills helps and so do MSM. But I never tried MSM before.

biotin will make your hair healthy but it will not make it grow back faster. also, regardless of what others say trimming it often is not going to make it grow more quickly, just keep the ends in good condition. condition the heck out of it, get a hair cut that doesnt look like a hack job and then dont return for quite awhile.
