I got my hair trimmed today and I H-A-T-E it! It went from being half way down my back to being 2 inches below my shoulders! I planned on getting it permantley straigtened which lasts for a year but i dont think it will look good with my hair anymore. I dont know what to do...

It just depends on the condition of your hair and how healthy it is. if i were you and u wanted to grow ur hair out faster, i would just condition it like crazy and don't color treat it or straighten it. avoid chemical damage from chlorine as much as possible and just eat healthy and drink lots of water.
