i don't think braids help..what does help is sleeping really well because i read somewhere that your hair grows while you're sleeping..or something like that..but it works for me..

brushing your hair a lot will only make it brittle, and it will break easily. so don't brush your hair too much. I brush it like once a month! And that whole sleeping thing is not really true. If it were, my hair would be so long. but no, really. all you can do is eat fish vitamins and nuts to help your hair. Or at least, that's what I heard.
