Hair grows at a rate of approx. 1/2 inch per month.
It isn't affected by vitamins,etc.

NO! Use one or the other. If you use both, it's like taking two one-a-days and you should only take one.

im currently taking hair formula 37, a prenatal vitamins and biotin and my hair is growing like crazy. i take one in the morning one in the afternoon and one before bed and i have to say im happy with the result
