my hair is already long, (about half-way down my back) but i went to a hair dresser to get a perm a few weeks ago and parts of my hair broke off. was it because of the perm she used?? how can i get that hair to grow back faster?

shoudln't have never got the perm.....perms are not the solution. It's a harsh chemical for the gentile hair. You would've been better off getting your hair washed and styled at the shop every two weeks. It would've have broken off and it would grow very healthy. And that hair wont grow back faster. Itll grow at the same rate it always does but, itll always be shorter than the rest of the hair unless you cut your hair to its length.
