Gosh - I have been there. So sorry! :( Unfortunately, there is really no natural way to make your hair faster. However, you can do something that I would recommend. It's not the best for your hair since it will be heavily chemically treated, but it's worth it if your perm is awful.
Go to the store and get some more perm solution. Then put it in your hair and keep combing your hair through. Keep doing that so your hair looks straight. Then wash it off.
The straightening will offset the awful perm and you'll be left with some softer curls that you might like. It worked for me!

use a leave in conditioner at least 1-2 times a week, and plenty of trims! getting some vitamin e and c pills would help too
