i have to get a haircut every maybe 4 weeks time and its really rinsing my cash out so i need to find out if i can get my hair to grow much slower so please help

Your hair growing fast is a sign you are healthy, it is a good thing. The only way to get it to grow slower is to eat less of the nutrients that cause hair growth and I seriously wouldn't recommend that.

find a friend who can cut your hair for free.. or invest in a pair of clippers that you can use on your own hair.

You could try to eat less fruits and vegetables. It worked for me during the time in which i didnt eat a lot of them. But i eat a lot of them now so my hair grows fast.
