My suggestion would be wash and deep-condition it at least once a week. When you deep-condition your hair, sit under a drier no longer than 30 minutes. A really good conditioner is any one thats made by Redken. Also keep your ends trimmed, get them trimmed every 6-8 weeks. And do not put alot of heat in your hair. When you put heat in your hair (blow drier, flat irons), use a heat glide (Redken have a great one!).
